I am convinced: effective leadership does not come from more pressure, but from clarity. Those who know what they stand for decide with more confidence, communicate more clearly and give their team orientation.

That is why I work systemically. We look not only at the individual issue, but at the patterns and structures behind it. This creates change that lasts, in everyday life just as much as under pressure.
