My journey

From leader to coach.

I come from practice: many years in leadership roles in which I guided employees, teams and organisations through growth and change. Alongside this, I was already working with athletes, coaches and teams in an international environment.

Today I combine both experiences in my work as a systemic business and mental coach with people who carry responsibility, with a clear focus on performance, mental strength and effective leadership.

I work with international top performers in business and elite sport and help them build mental strength and deliver peak performance when it matters most.

Together with my clients, I create change that is felt sustainably in everyday life, not just in the coaching session!
